Do you rent trailers?

No, we do not rent trailers.

How much is delivery and pick up?

Inside city limits

  • Small truck: $60.00 for delivery and $60.00 for pickup, totaling $120.00 in freight for the rental.
  • Deck truck (up to 10,000 lbs): $150.00 for delivery and $150.00 for pickup, totaling $300.00 in freight for the rental.

Outside city limits

  • Additional $2.00 per kilometer.
Is the damage waiver refundable?

No, it is not refundable. See the details of what is covered in our Damage Waiver Policy.

Can you load my vehicle?

We can assist you with loading and unloading your vehicle. However, C&T is not responsible for any damages to vehicles during these processes.

Do you provide straps or chains or rent them?

No, we do not provide or rent straps or chains for securing units to your vehicle.

Is there training provided?

Yes, we provide training courses. For more information, please visit our Training Page.

Do you operate the rental equipment for me?

No, due to liability reasons, we cannot drive the equipment for you.

I called to place a rental pick-up but the unit is still here. When are you planning on picking it up?

We do not guarantee same-day pick-up. You are responsible for the unit while it is in your possession. However, you will not incur additional charges during this period.

What are your rental rates?

We are proud to display our rental rates online. Our rates vary depending on the equipment and rental duration. Please visit our Rentals section to see our pricing or contact us for specific pricing.

What is your rental period?

Our standard rental periods are daily, weekly, and 4 Weeks. Special rates may apply for longer-term rentals. Please contact us for more details.

What happens if the equipment breaks down?

If the equipment breaks down, contact us immediately. We will provide support and arrange for repair or replacement as needed.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit for most rentals. The amount varies based on the equipment and rental period. Please contact us for specific details.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to availability. Please notify us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
